Intern Spotlight: Janina Martell Soto (Alex)

We are proud to recognize Janina (Alex) Martell Soto, our PM Intern in the Raleigh Area! Throughout her internship, Alex has gained valuable hands-on experience supporting active projects while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of project management. Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges have made a meaningful impact on our team.

"UFI has given me an exciting, hands-on experience this summer! They got me involved with a project from the jump, both in and out of the office. My days included attending meetings and trainings, performing takeoffs, reviewing drawings, communicating with field superintendents, updating various logs, and regularly going on site to capture footage and verify as-builts. The great people in the Raleigh office ensured an educational and engaging summer, and I can't wait to be back!" - Alex Martell Soto.
