Employee Spotlight: Adilene Castaneda

We are pleased to spotlight our Payroll/Accounting Coordinator, Adilene (“Adi”) Castaneda. Adi is responsible for the company’s weekly payroll processing and reporting functions. 

Adi joined United Forming in 2021, initially serving as the “face of the company” in our corporate office. After successfully assuming increased duties and responsibilities in the Administrative Support and Human Resource areas, Adi was promoted to the position of Payroll Coordinator in 2023. Under the watchful eye of Joy Darsey, Adi progressively took over all the important payroll processing and reporting functions paving the way for Joy’s recent retirement. 

In addition to her payroll responsibilities, Adi is also the primary contact for coordinating travel and jobsite housing accommodations.  Supporting our field staff is Adi’s number one priority, and we are lucky to have someone with her work ethic.  She is always polite and pleasant to interact with, making sure everyone is paid timely and accurately, while keeping a roof over the heads of our field personnel in their home away from home.
