Employee Spotlight: Juan Cornejo

Juan Cornejo has been with United Forming since October of 1999 as a Foreman. Juan has managed crews on more than 20 projects across various cities and states within our Northern Region. 

In 2013, Juan managed a cast-in-place stair crew at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, which has 11 sets of stairs across a large parking garage. Juan has also managed a deck crew at a 36-story residential building in 2021 in North Hills, Raleigh. Currently, he is an overall general foreman on a 12-story tower at the North Hills Expansion Project. 

Juan has great people skills and work ethic and is respected by field personnel and senior management. He brings knowledge, and experience, with different types of formwork systems and can adapt and understand systems that have not been used before. Juan follows direction, schedules, and values the safety and quality requirements of every project.
