UFI Texas Team Topped Out the Engineering Discovery Building (EDB) at UT Austin

Recently our Texas Team topped out the Engineering Discovery Building (EDB) at UT Austin. A 210,000 SF state of the art structure designed to foster collaboration and forge industry partnerships. The seven month long, on time delivery of the concrete structure build was led by a great client and partner in Vaughn Construction.  Architect services led by CO Architects & BGK Architects and Structural design by Datum Rios, LLC.

This building marks United Forming, Inc’s third engineering building on UT Austin campus and joins Energy Engineering (GLT) and the UT Austin Flagship EERC Building (ENR Texas & Louisiana awarded Best Project of the Year for 2018). UT Austin’s Cockrell School of Engineering with these investments continues to offer cutting edge and nation best STEM Education and Research facilities.
