Working alongside our valued partner, Juneau Construction Company, our crews recently reached another important milestone as the project continues to rise with the successful completion of multiple elevated deck pours.

Located just steps from the University of South Carolina, ōLiv Columbia is one of the largest private developments currently underway in the city. Developed by Core Spaces, the project will feature two high-rise residential towers, ground-floor retail space, and a 15-level parking structure serving both residents and the surrounding downtown district. Designed to enhance the Main Street corridor, the development will create a vibrant, walkable destination while supporting Columbia's continued growth and revitalization.
