Pagemore Hotel at Fenton Reaches Topping Out Milestone

The Pagemore Hotel at Fenton in Cary, NC has officially reached a significant construction milestone with the completion of its structural frame. United Forming is proud to have contributed to this achievement alongside W. M. Jordan Company and the many trade partners whose dedication and craftsmanship continue to move the project forward.

The topping out ceremony celebrated the collective efforts of the project team and recognized the commitment of the skilled professionals who have helped bring this exciting development to life. Milestones like these reflect the collaboration, precision, and teamwork required to successfully deliver complex commercial projects.

Located within Cary's award-winning Fenton mixed-use development, The Pagemore will be a seven-story, 186-room boutique hotel operating under Marriott's Tribute Portfolio brand. Scheduled to open in fall 2027, the hotel will feature more than 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space, an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, retail space, and amenities designed to serve both visitors and the growing Cary community. The project represents the next phase of Fenton's continued expansion as a premier destination for dining, shopping, entertainment, and hospitality.
