THD Lot 1 Restoration

Our THD Lot 1 Restoration project in Dallas, TX is making great progress! For Phase 1 of this project, UFI designed and installed shoring for the demolition of the existing garage. The demolition phase is currently 50% complete. 

Starting in a few weeks, UFI will be performing the turnkey replacement of the cast in place parking deck for Phase II. These can be challenging and unique projects, and UFI is proud to have been selected by Austin Commercial for this lot restoration!
