The Westin Hotel in downtown Austin is a 21 level hotel that rests above 3 levels of below-grade parking. Hunt Construction Group contracted with United Forming to provide a turnkey full-frame concrete structure.
The 365 room hotel required approximately 13,500 cubic yards of concrete, 865 tons of reinforcing steel, and 242,500 lbs of post-tensioning materials. The total GBA of the structure is 304,400 square feet.
