Vista On The James consists of an 18 story residential high-rise project adjacent to the James River in downtown Richmond, VA. UFI provided a preliminary schedule and budget assistance during preconstruction. After being awarded the project, our team worked with the Manhattan construction team for a mutually successful project.
Careful planning and coordination of logistics in a limited site area, along with strong execution was required. Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete, 800 tons of reinforcing steel, and 326,000 lbs of post-tensioning materials were required to complete the structure.
