Spectrum on Spring

Spectrum on Spring is a 5 level apartment complex sitting above a 3 level parking garage located in the Midtown district of Atlanta, Georgia. 

United Forming provided a turnkey concrete construction package to New South during the construction of the 183,400 square foot structure. Approximately 9,800 cubic yards of concrete, 405 tons of reinforcing steel, and 183,000 lbs of post-tensioning material were used over the course of the project.
