The Ritz Carlton residences located at 2700 North Ocean Dr. in the Riviera Beach area of Singer Island consists of two 27-story beachfront condominium towers. UFI provided preconstruction conceptual design, schedule, and budget guidance that translated to an efficient and economical structure.
Our hoisting and logistics plan allowed the two towers to be expedited and built simultaneously on a typical 6-day cycle while installing 325,000 sf of garage and amenities deck below. Approximately 70,000 cubic yards of concrete, 4,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 1,050,000 lbs of post-tensioning materials were required to complete the structures.
