In 2009, United Forming began working simultaneously on two 4 level buildings at Rice University’s Will Rice Residential College and the adjacent Baker Residential College.
United Forming provided turnkey concrete construction scopes to Tellepsen during the construction of the structures. The total GBA of the combined structures is 66,250 square feet. Approximately 2,800 cubic yards of concrete were required to complete the projects.
