NC State Engineering Building III

The EB3 at North Carolina State University consists of a 4 story engineering research and classroom building located on the Centennial Campus in Raleigh, NC.  UFI provided a preliminary schedule and budget assistance during preconstruction.  

The project was publicly bid and after award to UFI, our team worked with the Skanska team for a mutually successful project.  Careful planning and coordination along with strong execution led to completing the 35-week concrete frame duration in under 26 weeks.  In all, we poured over 17,000 cyds of concrete and placed over 1,500 tons of rebar.
