United Forming was able to significantly improve the production of deck forming and accelerate the schedule through the process of building up beam tables for long repeating spans, This method allowed the GC to turn the decks over to the owner well before anticipated. Approximately 33,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2300 tons of reinforcing steel, and 1,076,000 lbs of post-tensioning materials were required to complete the structures.
