Atlantic Station Town Center

Atlantic Station is a large master-planned development located in Atlanta that occupies land that was formerly the home of the historic Atlantic Steel Mill. United Forming was involved in the first phase of construction of the mix used development after being employed by VCC to provide turnkey concrete construction services for buildings 1, 2, 7, 10, and 11. 

The buildings had a combined GBA of 988,500 square feet. In addition, United Forming was also employed to provide turnkey concrete services for the 41,500 square foot plaza as well as 27,500 square feet of sidewalks that were included in phase one. Today, the 138-acre site encompasses 6 million square feet of development and is one of the largest urban brownfield developments in the nation.
