United Forming was selected by Gilbane Building Group / Shelco Construction JV to build the turnkey concrete frame for the second high rise at the expanding Legacy Union development in downtown Charlotte.
With over 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and over 350,000 square feet of Class A office space, the modern glass designed building will be a great addition to the Charlotte skyline. United Forming is appreciative to have been selected by the joint venture team to be the turnkey experts for the project.
