After more than 26 years of dedicated service, United Forming, Inc. proudly celebrates the retirement of Kevin Swanson, whose leadership, integrity, and financial expertise have helped shape the company into what it is today.

Since joining UFI as Chief Financial Officer in 2000, Kevin has played a vital role in guiding the company's continued growth while helping navigate one of the most significant milestones in our history—our transition to an employee-owned company. His vision, steady leadership, and commitment to excellence have strengthened our organization and positioned UFI for long-term success.

Throughout his career, Kevin's influence extended well beyond finance. His expertise in accounting, employee ownership, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic planning made him a trusted advisor and respected leader across every area of the business. He also shared his knowledge throughout the construction industry by serving with organizations such as the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), helping educate and mentor other professionals.

While Kevin is stepping away from his role as CFO, we are pleased that he will continue contributing his experience to the construction industry as an External Board Member with United Construction Enterprises, where his leadership and insight will continue to make a meaningful impact.

Kevin's legacy at United Forming is measured not only by the financial strength and stability he helped build, but also by the relationships he cultivated and the positive influence he had on our employees and company culture.
