Mecklenburg County Jail

Mecklenburg County Jail Central Facility is a 7 story detention center located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 1,006-bed facility replaced the older main jail and was built in a phased construction process while the old main jail was still operational. 

Since its construction, the Central Facility has been expanded to over 1800 beds. United Forming provided formwork service during the construction of the original 245,000 square foot facility.
