Loews Hotel & Residences

The Loews Hotel and Residences was another component of the 12th & Midtown development that exploded onto the Atlanta scene in 2006. The project, originally known as 1075 Peachtree, was built by Brasfield & Gorrie and included an office building and conference center that was joined to what eventually became the Loews Hotel & Residences. 

United Forming, having previously provided formwork services on the adjacent 1010 Peachtree apartment tower, was selected by Brasfield & Gorrie to provide formwork services on the residential and hospitality portions of the 1075 Peachtree project. The 40 level structure houses 414 hotel rooms spread over 29 floors with 11 floors of luxury condos resting above.
