Jade Beach

Jade Beach is a 53 story condo tower located in Sunny Isles, Florida. Pavarini contracted United Forming to provide the turn-key structure less the permanent materials and to manage all concrete, reinforcing, and post-tensioning operations throughout the duration of the project. 

United Forming managed the installation of approximately 60,000 cubic yards of concrete, 5800 tons of steel reinforcement, and 890,000 lbs of post-tensioning material during the construction of the 983,000 square feet structure.
