New Stadium Awarded

Just as United Forming is curing the final concrete placements on the University of Mary Hardin Baylor Stadium in Belton, Texas, it’s time to make the forty mile skip to Waco and begin work on the new Baylor University Stadium.  The Big 12 stadium building powerhouse of Joint Venture partners, Austin Commercial and Flintco, LLC, have selected United Forming to furnish concrete construction services for their new Baylor University stadium.  As a key constituent of the concrete team, United Forming’s responsibilities include field engineering and concrete formwork for elevated floors, beams, columns, walls, stairs, and slab on grade.  Additionally, through the management of a tried and trusted subcontractor, United Forming is also providing concrete place, finish, and curing services for all horizontal concrete.

Once completed, the $250 million dollar, gorgeous waterfront venue along the Brazos River will herald a new beginning for Baylor, the return of on-campus football, absent for more than 7 decades.   Planned to seat 45,000 spirited green and gold clad Bear fans, the new on campus stadium is sure to have a lasting positive economic impact for the University and the city of Waco.
